The town hall is located in Rochdale, opened on September 7th 1871

There are short tours , which take you around the best bits of Rochdale town hall including the exchange ,the co-op,and council chambers. Get a flavour of this stunning building and Learn about the many stories , which have made up its past . 

Every Wednesday,2.15 pm start :adult -£2.95 per person .

After noon tea 

a selection of fresh-prepared sandwich and desert,served with a choice of tea or coffee,£7.50per person

It was designed by William Henry Crosslands . Adolf Hitler admired the architecture of the building so much that he wanted to take the building back to Germany brick by brick. Rochdale Town Hall has a 190ft tall stone clock tower.
