era Municipal building in Rochdale since 1871.Because it was built in the Gothic Revival style it was the cost of£ 160,000(£ 14.6 million in 2019) inaugurated for the governance of the municipal borough of Rochdale on 27 September 1871.You can go on tours round the town hall and see all the glass windows and the court where the mayor will talk to people. Near the town hall you can see Rochdale cenotaph. You also go and visit the Touch stones museum
