Unit 1 Morning Access

 

Dear Parents

 

Unit 1 Morning Access - The following changes to morning procedures come into immediate effect.

 

As you can appreciate we have a lot of new children within school and our priority is to ensure these children settle as soon as possible into good classroom routines. As part of this we have reviewed morning procedures and feel it would be in the interest of both children and staff for parents to leave the children at the unit doors in order for class teaching to commence as swiftly as possible.

 

From tomorrow, children will be met at the unit doors by classroom staff and directed to their classrooms; parents are not permitted to enter into unit 1 in the morning. In the afternoon parents can collect children as normal. Should you need to speak to a class teacher, brief conversations can be done at the end of the day.
