Dear Parents

 

PARENT/TEACHER INTERVIEWS

 

I have organised for you to be able to talk with your child’s class teacher about his/her educational progress and needs for the year ahead.  You are cordially invited to attend on the evening of  Monday, 17^th October 2016.

 

Depending on the demand for any particular time slot your appointment will last for approximately 5-10 minutes.  Please indicate a 1^st and 2^nd choice of half hour slot you would like for your appointment on the reply slip below and return to school as soon as possible.  The class teacher will draw up an appointment list based upon the number of returns for each time slot.

 

A note will be sent to you giving the proposed time and length of your interview.  Every effort will be made to accommodate your 1^st choice of time but because of demand for some specific times this is not always possible.
